Ladies and Gentlemen,
my name is Stefano Ciotti, I am the chef of Vicolo Santa Lucia Restaurant.
I will try to do my best in order to introduce myself (actually I am used to introduce my dishes):
my way of cooking is deeply influenced by memories of my childhood along with my past working experiences. My first teacher was certainly my mother, the tastes of her simple and traditional dishes still inspires my creations.
Then during my career I have worked with such names as Luigi Sartini, Gino Angelini, Silver Succi, Don Alfonso.
Then short but useful cooperation with Gianfranco Vissani and the beautiful experience at Emporio Armani Cafè in Paris have widened my perspectives.
My secret? A solid team, basic condition in order to imprint the restaurant where we work and share every day a new challenge: our guests do appreciate the consistency af my dishes and the whole atmosphere of our house.
I am fond of my land and I always try to find the best pand sobriety, with tasteroducts both from the sea and the hinterland: a careful choice means a satisfied customer! Furthermore, my dishes combines style and sobriety, with taste as the ultimate aim.
When I was a child my daydream was to lead a famous restaurant: now my dream has come to reality and I wish to welcome you and let you explain and taste the dishes of Vicolo Santa Lucia Restaurant.
